Hi there Sofiya19!
I know it can be confusing when an electronic does something like this. This is called hibernation mode and sometimes occurs when the phone hasn't been rebooted in quite some time or is needed after a new application is installed.
It's very similar to a home computer that reboots itself randomly. It doesn't happened too often, but is needed for the cpu to reset.
Please don't be alarmed as this is normal and I'm glad you were able to get yours back up and running. Now, if it happens extraordinarily often, that's a different concern, so keep us updated!
Thanks,

Hey Good Suggestion Mel Sofiya sometimes are Days are so Fast Paced any More that we sometime times forget some of the little essentials that we need to do i try to at least every day or every other Day cycle my phone and when i charge it i shut mine off Now i know that isn't what some can't Do but it does help refresh the Device and if you can't shut it down as Well i would as Soon as it's done Charging would do a power cycle and that should Good too.
