When I attempt to take a picture, my phone shuts down. The only way I can restore it is to plug it in a power source using my phone charger. The original battery life is restored so it's not like my battery is being drained. I noticed that this has happened twice when I was outside in very cold weather. Should this even matter?
csl072207, this is very odd behavior of the phone. We certainly want you to be able to take pictures with the phone without it shutting down. I see that you posted this under the Moto Z Droid/Moto Z Force Droid, which phone do you have? Prior to this happening did anything change on the phone like a software update or application update? Are you using the native camera application on the phone?
