Why doesn't my computer recognize my RAZRM as an E drive instead of just as XT907?

We just got these phones last week, and I've always had an HTC phone. Now having a motorola phone, I've had problems. I connect my phone to the computer with the USB cable, motorola automatically updated and the Motorola Device Manager says it is up to date. I was told if it was up to date, then my phone should be recognized as an E: Drive, not just the XT907 model of the phone. There's obviously a problem and I was told all I had to do was the motorola device manager but that obviously isn't working! Help!! So I can upload my photos / videos without problems!

The Razr M uses the MTP protocol for connecting to the computer. Phones running Android 4.0 and higher don't support mounting as USB storage.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
