All my music is stored on my SD Card but the phone's operating system can not see the SD Card.
Just got off the phone with TJ at tier 2 tech support... We rebooted my phone in safe mode, cleared cached data from Settings>Storage>>Internal Shared Storage. After reinserting my SD card it was read just fine in Safe Mode. After reboot, card shows up, reads fine, plays music again!

TLDNR: Try clearing cached data to remove corrupted bit that may be interfering with SD card mount.
