I have a WEP secured router. I entered the password and the RAZR MAXX attempts to obtain the IP address and then disables the connection.
I set up the email account for my provider according to directions on both their site and what I've read here for the same service provider. I cannot send or receive email. This is the second droid I've owned, and I don't remember this many issues with simple processes.
I guess I should've read the boards and I would've noticed that I'm not the only person with these issues with the new droid.

I'm not sure about the WLAN issues but I am curious why in the world you still use WEP? If it'll do WPA of some flavor I'd use that...much more secure.
For the email issues - can you provide more detail, like maybe steps and settings used?

Not sure exactly what's going on but this link will help you troubleshoot wifi connectivity with your Droid Razr.
Good luck and I hope it helps.

Yes, I agree with B33. If the troubleshooting link doesn't fix it, I'd also buy another router. Get it someplace where you can return it if it doesn't fix anything. But I've also had the problem where everything works fine except.... and replacing the router fixes it.
