did I update anything, sure, this phone does nothing but tell me it needs this or that program updated. It was working fine, then all of a sudden I notice it won't save new contacts even though I touch save and it looks like it did. When I changed the name of a current contact that I had, which I had accidentaly put in the last name twice, and all I did was delete the extra last name, when I clicked save, it dissapeared out of my contact list. I have over 400 numbers in my phone. This stinks. Anyone have any ideas?
Click on People.........menu.......contacts to display.......from there you can select which contacts you want to view. Click on All contacts and see if you can now see your newly saved contact. It is my guess that you are currently only looking at contacts in a specific place. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.
