Wireless Network Data Connection Problem

My S6 Edge loses Internet access following the latest software update.  I see many posts by Galaxy S6 users who are having the same problem.  What is Verizon Wireless & Samsung doing to fix the problem quickly?

bcharles2008, we don't want this to be an ongoing issue for you. Have you powered that device off/on since this issue started? Do you have 3rd party applications downloaded to it?

Really... any 3rd party applications.... you do realize that is probably the main selling points of a smart phone right.  The fact you can download and "extend" the capabilities of your phone.

Try removing and reseating the SIM Card. Also, in Settings, check the Mobile Networks and see what is listed under the Access Point Names.

I am having this same issue.  Virtually every time I leave my house the phone does not switch back to mobile data.  I either have to power cycle the phone, or toggle the airplane mode.  This only started occurring after the latest update that enabled WiFi calling.  I have done a factory reset of my phone with no luck, and the only applications I load are off of the Play Store.

This is a HUGE fail.

I used to have this issue with my T-Mobile Galaxy S6. When wifi calling was enabled and I left home and didnt disable wifi calling the data would never come back. I would have to manually turn off wifi calling and then it would get data.
