Worst Service Ever

I am still waiting for my replacement phone for a replacement phone I just replaced my phone with.  I was supposed to get my phone on saturday and it never showed.  I was supposed to get it today and it never showed and I can only use my phone with a blue tooth.  When I called on saturday I was told that since stores could not give me a replacement phone or a "loaner" that a store manager said he would volunteer to let me go into a store and buy a blue tooth for the week.  I was highly highly highly insulted by this and the along with that since I cant use my phone to the fullest capacity I was only getting 20.00 credited to my bill.  Since this is Verizon's issue, they should buy me a blue tooth or make arrnagements with a store to give me a phone and they would send them one to replace the one they gave me.  Now I have been without a good phone since last week when my original phone stopped working properly.  Is this the way Verizon treats their customers?  Ive already called a few other cell phone companies and they are more than willing to take on my contract and give me a working phone.  Along with volunteerign to sell em something that they already could sell me they might as well give me a tin can and string for a replacement.  At least this way the phone whould work like it should.
