My wife and I both wear hearing aids and find the Razr Maxx hard to understand on telephone calls. Are there any settings that I can adjust

Hello to you Rgurta!
I want you and your wife to be able to hear the world! I will be delighted to provide some additional information to assist.
I went through a lot of resources and found most smartphones have a technology in them that will lessen any interference between the device and hearing aids. Although this is available, it does only lessen and not completely remove.
I found a lot of great suggestions revolving around bluetooth headsets! I found a lot of customers were quite happy using the bluetooth headset and could hear just fine!
Do you happen to have bluetooth headsets? If not you can find some here: vzw.com/accessories or any electronics store!
Please let us know how this works out!
Thanks,

Is the DROID RAZR hearing aid compatible?
Yes the DROID RAZR MAXX is hearing aid compatible (HAC).
The DROID RAZR MAXX has a rating of M4 / T3. See below for more information on M-Ratings and T-Ratings.
To enable/disable the HAC Mode setting:
From the Home screen, touch Apps > Settings > Call settings > HAC Mode Settings, this can be toggled On/Off
M-Ratings: Phones rated M3 or M4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to generate less interference to hearing devices than phones that are not labeled. M4 is the better/higher of the two ratings.
T-Ratings: Phones rated T3 or T4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to be more usable with a hearing device’s telecoil (“T Switch” or “Telephone Switch”) than unrated phones. T4 is the better/higher of the two ratings. (Note that not all hearing devices have telecoils in them.)
Hearing devices may also be measured for immunity to this type of interference. Your hearing device manufacturer or hearing health professional may help you find results for your hearing device. The more immune your hearing aid is, the less likely you are to experience interference noise from mobile phones.
The Settings i Posted had Been Changed when I.C.S. came out Here are the H.A.C. --> Settings for I.C.S
• Settings: Touch Phone > Menu > Settings
> HAC Mode Settings to turn hearing aid compatibility
mode on or off. HAC mode optimizes your
smartphone for use with a hearing aid.
• Call volume: During a call, press the side volume
keys to set a call volume that works for you.
Here is Some Screen shots of the Settings

This does not work for me. I touch Apps and then settings, but do not see "call settings" or HAC mode settings. Please advise ASAP since this is very important to me. Re: any settings for hearing aid users
