my battery stopped working, just has a picture of battery with question mark in it. Can I fix this?

Thanks for visiting us to ask your question, appledumpling! It generally isn't a good sign if you get the battery with question mark. You can attempt to remove it and place it back in the phone, but it would be best to get the battery replaced.
The battery comes with a standard 1 year warranty. Many times, if your local store has it in stock, you can replace it there http://bit.ly/3SdsA or you can call us from a different phone at 800.922.0204 to get the battery replaced.

Uh.......Tamara H........you can't open the Maxx and replace the battery without voiding your warranty. Hard to believe you don't know that.

The Droid Razr Maxx has a non-removable battery. What you suggest will void the warranty.
