Cannot turn off screen lock go to security and enter pin and under none is not active states deactivate by administrator
Are you using Android Pay or any Trusted Devices? You can try clearing the credentials to allow for a swipe style lock. To keep your phone security, you should use a pattern, pin or password style lock.
