Any solutions to this?? Mine has been doing the same thing for a couple of years now. Everything works, and works quickly and properly, without any "data connectivity" issues. It is really kind of ridiculous that voicemails not coming through is just an 'acceptable' problem.

The last thing we want is for you to have any problems getting those important messages, and we're here to help. To start off, we recommend troubleshooting. You can find our troubleshooting guides here: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile Please find your device model and select "Not receiving voicemails in Visual Voicemail". This SAME ISSUE has occurred MULTIPLE TIMES to my unit over the past SEVERAL YEARS. Tech Support corrects the issue then it returns !!!
I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
