Search is your friend; there are quite a number of threads about this subject on this forum, and at least one posted within the past few hours. 

Unless you had your texts backed up before deleting them, you can't retrieve them.

As far as I know you cannot.  Only Big Brother can.  To prevent lost messages in the future use an app like SMS Backup & Restore from Google Play Store and backup your texts often.  Check out the Play Store for other apps, some even backup automatically.
