deleting ringtones

My wife downloaded a ringtone, not a ringback tone, from Verizon tones in July, it is rather a nasty tone.  We need to delete it off her phone.  I see where to delete ringback tones, but not ringtones.  Help!

Probably one of the easiest ways I believe would be to...

• Download and install from the Play Store an app called "Ringdroid"
• From there you tap on the menu "..." button on top below the clock, hit "Show All Audio"
• Scroll down thru the audio files to find the ringtone in question
• Tap on the "V" button off to the right hand side of the ringtone and select delete
