how do I download pictures from my droid bionic to my pc?
Plug it into your computer via the USB cable, select the Mass Storage option, open your phone through My Computer, then search for your pictures in the folders. Different phones have different folder configurations, so I don't know where exactly to find your pictures. Then, copy and paste into a folder on your hard drive.
