First (initial) system update for marshmallow 6. failed on march 12. since then nothing. went to verizon store who stated they are not involved with update and cannot help me which is typical verizon.. Any help will be appreciated. ,

I have two turbo 2s and neither will update on their own, no notification at all. I had to use the computer to force the update. Is this a common thing or did I get a couple bad phones?
I have heard of more successes in this community involving the computer method then the OTA method.

The only reason I knew there was an update was looking online. My phone
just kept saying it was up to date.
