email issues

i have had my new droid for about 4 weeks now . i have been unable to setup my email (pop3) account. I go through the setup menu and it keeps telling me that the "username and password is incorrect" i am certain that the correct username and passwords have been entered..

Please help

Try going into the manual setup and ensure that all the fields are configured correctly. Check with your IT department if you have any questions...for example: user name for Outlook is domain/username.
