email not syncing, just started

I've have my droid since September.  My email has worked fine until yesterday.  I got emails until about 9am, now it won't sync.  I tried rebooting, didn't help.  I haven't changed anything, it was sitting on my desk, I picked it up in the middle of the morning to check my email and had nothing new, so I clicked the sync.  It just kept spinning. I didn't get any error messages. Is it the phone or my email server:  If I need tech support where do I call?

Hi there mlnedeau!

Staying in touch with important updates via e-mail is paramount so we need to get you back in the loop immediately. With that said, I'm very sorry as I'm sure not getting your e-mails came as a shock, but I'm here to defuse the situation.

The first thing we want to check is that your account is syncing properly. To do so, go to settings > accounts & sync > select the e-mail account to make sure the sync is on. Next, is everything else working properly on your phone? Please ensure mobile data is enabled by going to settings > more settings > and making sure mobile data has the green light. Finally, as a last ditch effort, you may wish to remove and then re-add the account altogether. Here's how to remove http://vz.to/RcSUUu . You can then re-add by going to the e-mail app. Oh, and per your request, if you ever do need to get in touch over the phone, we can be reached at 1-800-922-0204, option 3 for technical support.
