No, there isn't any official way to roll back to Android 4.0 (ICS).

There normally isn't a way to roll back the operating system. However, if the Jelly Bean update was released prematurely or by accident, as rumor has it, and your phone is not operating correctly as a result, you may want to talk with Verizon's Customer Service and see if you have any options. There was an article on another thread indicating that a few people were getting their phones replaced.
