Help... My back button works but my home and recent apps buttons recently stopped working. Randomly my phone claimed it was missing a Sim card so I learned where my was and opened and closed it. It then recognized the Sim card but since those buttons no longer work. I have restarted my phone several times.
vanillacelica We understand it's frustrating for a new phone not work. edo the home and apps button light up or are they dim?
