whenever I am texting or wrioting in facebook etc and I type a name that contact email pops up if the email contains the persons name. i.e. if I am typing the name ken in a message ken blah blah blah @ gmail will pop up. How do I stop this from happening

You have come to the right place for help. How long has this been happening? Where does this happen in the message(address or body)? Do you have email addresses synced into contacts?
