i dont know how to unlock my sim card please help

i accidentally locked my sim card now i cant use phne please help me!

Give these Instructions A look they should be able to help ya get it Unlocked:

Enable / Disable / Modify the SIM PIN - DROID RAZR / RAZR MAXX by MOTOROLA

Enabling the Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) Personal Identification Number (PIN) locks the SIM card so that it cannot be used until the correct code is entered. If the incorrect PIN code is entered too many times, a PIN Unlock Key (PUK) must be obtained from Verizon Wireless.

1. From a Home screen, select Apps (located in the lower center).
2. Select Settings.
   If the application icon is missing, select App menu filter (located at the top) then select All apps.
3. Select Security.
4. Select Set up SIM card lock.

Enable / Disable SIM PIN

Modify SIM PIN

Enable / Disable SIM PIN

1. Select Lock SIM card.
   Enabled when a green indicator is present.
2. Enter the current SIM PIN then select OK.
   The default SIM PIN is 1111.

Top Modify SIM PIN The SIM card must be locked (SIM PIN enabled) in order to change the current SIM PIN.

1. Select Change SIM PIN.
2. Enter the Old SIM PIN (current SIM PIN) then select OK.
   The default SIM PIN is 1111.
3. Enter the New SIM PIN then select OK.
4. Re-enter the New SIM PIN then select OK.
