Smartphones are awesome nicktopaz24, but definitely shouldn't be smart enough to change the wallpaper by itself! I don't see there's been a known issue with the Maxx having wallpaper change on it's own. Did this shifting wallpaper start after a particular application was installed or after a firmware update? There is a "Live wallpaper" on the Razr Maxx, along with lots of other wallpaper options. Here's how to change the wallpaper if you'd like: http://bit.ly/QSNbE6.

Do you use the SmartActions?  There is an option to change your wallpaper so if it's active that could explain it.  Hope this helps.
