is anyone having issues with the droid razr with data usage?

our droid razr is using up its monthly data quota extremely quickly, this last period 51% of usage was met on the 1st day of the cycle.  this has been happening since we got it?  any input?

Have you verified that the usage reported on the phone is in the ballpark of the usage reported in your on-line MyVerizon account?

Are you using wi-fi as much as possible?  Do you have your apps set to auto-update (if so, change that and update them manually over wi-fi)?

it is my son's phone..he states that he uses wi-fi all the time...ill check with him abot the updates..

i have to get my hands on his phone to see if the data usage on his phone shows up the same as myverizon...

but 51% usage when i had a remaining 10% left on last cycle in less than 24 hours?  something isn't right!

There are some posts on this forum about the usage alerts not matching up with what's reported in their on-line MyVerizon usage.
