Ok I can not log on with me phone but I can log on on through the internet what the hell.

This is what my phone says when I try to log on to my verizon.

temporaty password__________

creat new password_______

confirm password________

any help would be great thanks.

The My Verizon Application is an awesome feature, so I know it's important to be able to use. Have you tried to connect with WIFI and the Verizon Wireless network? Have you tried to clear the cache on the application and log in again? I will provide you will a link with the steps for this process.
