I need help with my razr max. Does anyone know how to bypass the voicemail password? I believe there is a way to use the password one time, and it automatically remembers the password. Sure would like some help. Thanks!

I forgot on mine as it's been a while since i have done it. You might try this go to settings > Applications >Manage Applications > Select All then Scroll Way way down to Voice Mail an open it. once you have opened it Clear the Cache an the Data then clear out by hitting the Home button an see if it Goes away. if it remains i would Contact C.S. an have then do a run thru it with Ya. Okie Doke give that a try an let me know the Resolts. B33

Menu>Settings>Call Settings>Voice Mail Settings

Add a couple of commas for a pause, then your password.  So, for example (without the quotes) "*86,,1234"

If you have a Speed Dial setting for Voice Mail you will want to do that there.

Glad it helped. I'm fairly new to all this myself - this is my first Droid.   Here's a link to the Android manual which I have found to be helpful as well.

Hey sally thanks Again from B33: I just about forgot about these Guides    An i has to do some searching to find the Copy i had. I found it but a little out of date so the one you listed is a little more Current. But i'm wondering if there is even a new one out for the platform were on now with our Razr's it's at 2.3.6 would be the current if there's been an Update. Thanks Again B

Update:

I tried looking for a later Version even I.C.S. in Pdf an did not find anything an that was doing a Google search. So if any body runs across the latest please put the info on here thanks B33

I've wondered the same thing but if there is, I don't know where.  With the possible exception of this Complete Android Guide which may or may not be a different version. I'm kinda thinking not though because the recent version changes are dated Oct 2011.  But it is a nice html resource of Android. Smiley Happy

Well with I.C.S 4.0 out Sally there should be something an even with the 2.3.6 Update there were a few changes to things on the platform that they could release something for it Unless they that put them out thinks there's not a need for it. It still would be nice to have something though on it.

By the way your status needs be pushed up to Gold as much as you have helped fined stuff an pointed out things You got my Vote!

True.  Especially since not all phones will be getting ICS.  If you find something newer, let us know
