I have just gotten a droid razr and I can not get the verizon mobile app to accept my username and password. I know it's the correct username and password because I can log on to verizon website to my account. I was going to delete the app and download it again but can't seem to figure out how the app was preloaded on my phone from verizon. I am also having trouble using my phones mobile hotspot. it always says can not connect and gives me a number to call. one more issue I am having is I can not get a connection to sync my email accounts to the phone. I have tried at many different locations using different wifi connections and it always says can not connect to server. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. Please try to force stop the My Verizon app and clear cache and retest. To do that please go to Menu>Settings> Apps> all.
What plan are you currently on? Is the account on share everything plan? If not, the mobile hotspot may be an additional charge.
What emails are you having an issue with? Try clearing the cache on the email and retest.
Please let us know so we can get to the bottom of this issue.
