  The RAZR / RAZR MAXX is supposed to get Jelly Bean, but there has not been an official announced time frame for it that I know of. I would think that since the RAZR HD / RAZR MAXX HD just got it, that it should not be that hard to make it available for the standard RAZR and RAZR MAXX.
