no network connection

i have no network connection on my droid razor i cant make calls or send text messages or receive any? did i turn something off?

Hello jellychavez,

The Droid Razr is one of the most highly anticipated devices of 2011. It's the thinnest 4G smartphone available. On top of that, it has a superfast, 1.2 GHz dual-core processor so you can enjoy the blazing speeds of 4G LTE! May I ask have you ever been able to make and receive calls on the device? Also, what error message are you getting when you try to make and/or receive a call? Below, I have listed some troubleshooting steps below for you to try.

  • Perform a battery pull and a SIM card pull. This will allow the device to reactivate with our network.
  • Verify that your previous device is turned off and the battery is removed.
  • Confirm that the device ID is active on your account via My Verizon on a computer.
  • Turn bluetooth and wifi off in the Settings Menu.
