not receiving calls, also have a key symbol (skeleton) on my status bar

I can make, but not receive calls. I also have a Skeleton Key symbol on my status bar.

Let's get your service back to business, Sagekey! Have you restarted the device since this began? Where are you located? Are the calls being sent directly to voice mail? To confirm is the symbol shown different from the Bluetooth symbol shown while that setting is On?
