phone not charging?

does anyone know how to do a master reset on the Razor Maxx?  My phone will not charge for 2 days, even though it shows charging on the phone?  Also, do you notce that when you click on one app, a completely different one appears?

Have you tried other chargers to rule out a bad charger?

You may want to try a system cache clear; it shouldn't erase any of your data:

Power down phone

Hold volume up/down & power simultaneously

Use volume down to navigate to 'Recovery', use volume up to select

Should see screen with triangle and exclamation point next to an Android

Press volume up/down simultaneously

Use volume rocker to navigate to 'wipe cache' and use power button to select

Once finished, use volume rocker to navigate to 'reboot system now' and use power button to select

I have the same problem with my thunderbolt. But mine, I can charge in the car, accept not in the house. If I charge in the house it like you said. It shows like it's charging but never gets full. No matter how long you let it charge. Any one know how I can fix my phone?

If the phone will charge in the car, it does charge correctly. Have you tried a new or different wall charger at home?

Yes. I even bought a new charger and used my brother's charger. Both chargers still work for other phones but just not my thunderbolt. Since it still charge in the car, I can't really tell wants wrong with my phone.

Lets show that phone who's boss, Shea0829! Have you tried different outlets or chargers with the phone? Is it the same application each time that is not opening when prompted?
