This morning I started having issues with Google. When I open the browser, it toggles back and forth between my google + profile and my gmail profile. I cant get it to stop to even to a search. What happened over night to cause this?
You do not say which OS you have (ICS vs JB) or which browser you are using (stock vs Chrome). If a RAZR M with JB go to Settings > Apps > All (column) > Chrome and clear cache. If that does not work try a Data clear as well. For a RAZR with ICS perform the equivalent for the stock browser. A soft reset of the phone never hurts and cures many ills.
