Got the new razor, love it, however, after the phone updated it won't tether or access the data usage I'm paying for, etc..It's really become just another electronic device that unusable. I'm unhappy with the phone update because it locked out all the amenities I'm paying for to use with it already. How can this be fixed? Trying to download all my work stuff on here too and that update is bringing that process down!
After an update, you have to power down your device and restart it. Your features will then become available again.
Sarahp, I would like to help make sure you are able to use all of your data features and the hotspot on your phone. The update shouldn't cause these problems, so we would need to troubleshoot your device. Are you still having issues with accessing these features after rebooting your phone? Does your phone show 3G or 4G at the top of your display? If you are receiving an error, please elaborate on what exactly is happening when you try to access data or the hotspot so that I can further assist.
