Hi khoofard,
I apologize for the delay and I hope your issue has been resolved since the original date of your post! If not, I can happily assist you. Do you receive the error message while using a certain function of the device? I look forward to hearing from you soon.

This, too, is incessantly happening to me and it is driving me mad!!!! I have taken it to my Verizon store and my techie guys at work to try and help me and all I get are blank stares. Verizon says it a Microsoft issue and the guys at work says it must be the new phone (because I've had my work e-mail on my other phone for over a year now and this never happened). I just bought the RAZR MAXX about a month ago and it has done this since day one. I really need my work e-mail to be on my phone because it has all my contacts, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Is there a fix for this?????? PLEASE, I AM BEGGING NOW!!!!

I finally called Verizon and they had me do a factory reset, indicating Ice Cream Sandwich did not install correctly. All my Apps re-installed just fine from Play, but I didn't have time backup all the data from said Apps before the wipe, so lost all of that. The re-install worked fine for exactly 1 week, but then the same problems started again - applications stopping, display all jumpy, etc. Called Verizon again, and they sent me a new (reconditioned, like new) phone, popped in my SD and SIM cards, and all was fine for exactly 1 week again, until this past Friday. Then all the same problems have returned - Apps stopping, message saying "Unfortunately (insert process name) has stopped working", and jumpy, erratic, unresponsive display. So it looks like Ice Cream is the problem, as my phone was fine before this update.

Hello Breesie and Khoofard,
It's so important to stay connected, especially when it comes to business! I appreciate all of the troubleshooting you both have completed so far.
I triple checked my resources and I didn't see this error as a "known issue". Since you both are experiencing this issue I would like to send your phone information to our liason to Motorola so we can partner together to solve this error.
I've followed both of you. If you could please Private Message me the following information:
Cell Phone Number
Software Version
You can find the software version by going to Settings > About Phone > Software Version & Build Version.
Thank you both in advance!

Hi Melissa!!!
The information you have requested is as follows:
phone number:
system version:6.16.211.XT912.Verizon.en.US
(I don't see anything that says "software" version)
I would be over the moon if a fix could be found!!!
Kind Regards,
Breesie
