Hiya Jecic Baham!! The removal of music that you have synced to your Droid RAZR can and should be processed in the same way you added it! When I want to sync music to my phone, I connect it to my computer via the included USB cable. My phone shows up as an external memory card in my Device List under "My Computer". It is then simply a matter of copying and pasting my media from the hard drive on my PC to the Music folder on the SD card.
If you're using a different process, that's still fine. You'll just need to access your the SD card on your phone by syncing it again. I hope that helps!
