have ringtones that show they are downloaded on my razr maxx, but they do not show up in my ringtone selection list. how do i get them into my ringtone list?

Oh my! Disappearing ringtones are no good. I know how important it is to have the correct ringtones working properly on the device. Let's get this resolved. Where did you download the ringtones from? Where are the ringtones currently located on the device? You can download Verizon Wireless's VZW TONES application from the Google Play market, to ensure the ringtones will work. Keep me posted.
