i seem to have apps running on their own using my data how do i stop this
I am having the same problem. Suddenly, an app will appear that I have not installed and it even appeared on my home screen. Is there a way to uninstall an app or even delete it?
Settings > Apps > all tab > scroll down to the application > select it and uninstall.
You might also want to download an ad detector application like Lookouts version. From your description, it might find some rogue application for you to get rid of.

i have a app stoppier but they still start back up and i dont want to uninstall the apps i have is there anyway else

Some social media applications like Facebook or twitter run in the background by design unless the settings are changed to have it do otherwise. Please provide me with a few more details.
