I have the motorola droid razor maxx hd employee edition and everytime I try and open the issis application after downloading it it lets me downloaded it but when I go to open it it says could not read your security element contact wireless provider???Anyone else having this same issue or know a fix for this??

Sounds like you don't have an ISIS-capable sim - Verizon uses a special SIM for ISIS that provides an NFC secure element that's under their control. If you're on an employee account I have no idea how to order one, but if you're just on a consumer account I imagine customer service can probably order the ISIS SIM.
