transfer a list of 63 contacts to one text

what's the easiest way to move a list of 63 contacts (phone) to one text message  ?  I want to let people know about my new phone number

Group texts are normally limited to 10 contacts - there may be an app that allows you to text more than that at one time.  Or just create a text, send it to the first 10 on your contact list, copy the message and send it to the next 10, etc until you have contacted them all.

Email may be a better answer, with a text to those who may not have an email address.
