treated like crap by verizon supervisor billing support

ive been with verizon for almost eight years.  never been late always paid my bill.  When i upraded my phone i got screwed on the billing part because there is so much jargin they talk about.  When i called verizon to get this taken care of they did not take care of it like in times past where they could adjust my bill.  I am done with verizon especially when i was told that they just could not take my word.  What ever happened to the customer always comes first?  I hear union is buying contract out if you switch to them.  As soon as i can believe me!

Unless you specifically tell us HOW you got screwed I'm not inclined to take your word on anything.

i told you last night on the phone that it was from the original plan when i did my upgrade!  I just wanted credit on my bill from the plan that i went over with the person i was talking to before you,

Because when i got my phone even she told me it was because the rep was trying to get a bigger commission that he was telling me i had to go to a certain plan and it was much better.  The customer service lady worked out a plan that was cheaper and much better suited to what i used the phones for.  I just want credit on my bill for the crap i didnt need.  the customer service lady told me she would see what she could do but had to talk to you her supervisor.  YOU basically told her to tell me to go screw myself , but in a nice way  So i told her i wanted to talk to you.  You went around the whole thing of what i wanted.  You treated me disrespectfully.  Damn right YOU BETTER TAKE MY WORD!  Its amazing you have a job as customer support >Name calling deleted<  Im going to do everything i can to go above your head!

Who's head are you going to go over?  Your post is located on a peer to peer customer forum. The users here are customers just like yourself. We don't have access to another user's account or any notes attached to it from any conversations you had with customer service. We might be able to make suggestions for you to get through your situation more smoothly if you describe the problem for us.

So please calm down and help us help you.

well im sorry to hear about that experence but you didnt have to take the plan no one made you so at this what you need to do is stop calling customer care becasue its not there mistake and appears that there not going to fix it and try going to where they made they change speak with that rep and store manager both at same time so they dont try anything and have them manual do it there with there "COOS" ive done it before

Anyone officially affiliated with Verizon Wireless such as employees shouldn't be posting unless they have approval to do so. The ONLY official employees are this community are designated as such by their community rank and their avatar.

ok but do you know what a 3rd party retailer is?

someone who does buisness for someone whos a CLIENT of someone else so if i worked for best buy and sell verizon then NO IM NOT a verizon wireless employee because  Verizon doesnt sign my paycheck so once again you cant prove if i am or if im not just by my post

i found the code of conduct for verizon employees and am wondering if i can use this as leverage due to their customer satisfaction guarantee.  the way this guy talked to me last night and did nothing but make me angry he needs to be reprimanded!
