About 5 months ago I received a update to my maxx and now it's basically has a mind of it's own powers off all the time. I've talked with verizon let's say about 6 times and all the want to keep doing is a hard reset or keep sending refurb. phones. I've even contacted Motorola and they a mum on the situation. So is this the new age of customer service or should I just get a Iphone since the customers with maxxseem to be forgotten about!!!!!

Bj2023, the RAZR MAXX is a great device and we can never forget you or any of our MAXX users. I regret to see that the update has caused your phone to power off on its own. Is this happening when using any specific tasks or applications? After the hard reset, did you re-install any of the same applications or did any re-install on their own? How often does the phone power off?

Thanks for taking the time to response firstly. Yes I have talked to tech support emm about 6 or 7 times...done master resets twice. I'm not one of those guys with every app I see I need. I keep the basics and all have high ratings. I've been to a few DROID forum's and I'm not the only one that's having this issue.. Motorola is aware if it and Verizon., no one us really willing to help just keep sending phones out with the same ice cream update with bugs in it. So if you can help I'm open to it.
