I am trying to watch a video that was emailed to me.  When I try, I get a message that I says the video cannot be viewed.  No reason why.  I know the video was shot with an I phone.  Is there an app that I need to download to be able to view the video on my phone? 

Also, how will I know if there are phone updates such as Jelly Bean?

Hi cyndiman,  I want to make sure you are able to view the precious moments your friends and family send you!  Are these attachments being delivered to your Gmail account of is it a 3rd party email account?  Have you tried saving the attachment first and then viewing the video in your Gallery?  What is the typical size of the video file you are being sent?  To answer you question about software updates, you will receive a notification on the device when an update becomes available.  You can also check for new updates by going to Menu>System Settings>About Phone>System updates.  I look forward to working with you further!
