I don't understand why I cannot connect to my home wi-fi. It was ok on Saturday. Yesterday and today nothing. Get message that there is wi-fi available, but it will not connect. I have shut down my phone, I have even done a soft reboot.... My husband's works fine... Any suggestions?

Try rebooting your router........un-plug for 30 seconds then plug it back in and see when it powers back up if that helps. Have a nice day.

rebooting the router did not work.. Any other suggestions?
