Are you using the OEM wall charger and cable? Which phone is it?
yes I am using the wall charger and cable. I have the Droid Razr
If the light is not going out and the Razr will Not take a charge Have a Corporate store check the Charger.. Have them put your phone on a new Charger to see if it starts charging and the light goes out if it does you have a bad charger see if they'l re-place it. But if the phone still shows the signs it's time to re-place the phone..
