I was in the middle of using an app and now the three bottom hard keys (back, home, and recent apps) are not responding. I tried restarting multiple times, and that hasn't worked.
Thanks for already trying the restart, Mickang. That's a great first step! Some applications can disable soft keys. Have you tried uninstalling the application you were using? Do you receive any error message when you try to tap them?
