4G-LTE Data freeze

My Motorola Edge Plus 2022 is experiencing mobile data freezes, where the indicator shows full bars of 4G-LTE signal, but there is no data downloading or uploading to the handset. We stream video from the handset to the TV, since our small town doesn't have home internet available, and this has worked well for us for over a year. But in the last two weeks the data transfer has grown spotty, even with full bars, and video, audio, even simple web pages, stop working until I turn the mobile data off and back on again. And sometimes even multiple resets will not restore smooth data flow. This is a very recent problem. I haven't added any new apps or updates. I'm not aware of any hardware problems. It seems to be related to the tower in our town. 

Any ideas for how I can restore reliable data?
