6 items waiting to upload for a week now

My phone has shown the same message for about a week now, "6 items waiting to upload Remote computer offline. Tap to retry." Each time I tap to retry or my phone tries to auto load, it apparently fails because the message reappears within a minute. Any suggestions or advice?

Never mind! I noticed on the side that there was questions just like the one I had. I followed the correct answer advice and now the message has finally disappeared! Hurray!
