I bought a moto g play-2023 from dollar general with pre-installed sim card, it will not activate on its own or let me add a plan or anything and I can't get verizons people to get their heads out of their azzes long enough to listen when I ask them to just activate my sim card so I can buy a plan. It's their phone package. Specifically says verizon on the box, and of course verizon in all their idiotic genius, decided to make a phone, that will NOT connect to wifi until you activate the phone on their network. So now they have a VERY pised and unsatisfied customer. But do they have 24/7 customer support.......OF COURSE THEY DONT, CAUSE THEY ARENT ANY HELP AT ALL. The lady I did get on the phone with, to text chat with mind you, didn't know an imei number when she saw it, and asked me for all this information multiple times I might add, as well as to tell me to do the same exact things I literally just told her I did, and just to tell me that I needed to contact the prepaid customer service line to activate the phone.......what the heII do you think I've been trying to do for the last 5 hours!!!!!! And for the same amount of time the day before. All because by the time I was able to get time to call. You azzholes can't answer the d@mn phone....... FML!!!!!

Boy I never thought I would ever see the day, that a forum would impinge on my constitutional right of freedom of speech. The ability to use a cuss word because this company is royally pi55ing me off with how ignorant some of their supposed support employees are with their own products.. I'm baffled at how I can't get a single actual Verizon employee on the phone, to activate a simple prepaid phone that they created!!! With the imei and sim card number that was provided on the box. What in the world is happening to verizon, yall used to be extremely helpful and and compitent!! Not going good as of now.
