Android 12 ruined my bluetooth

I'm on a Motorola edge 2021 and the android 12 update ruined my Bluetooth. Anytime I connect something with Bluetooth my Bluetooth restarts by turning off and back on instantly which forces the connection to drop. My tethering, my hotspot is off, my data is off, I've restarted the phone and all devices I try connecting, I've reset my Bluetooth and network settings, I've cleared my Bluetooth cache itself, I've turned off location and nearby device scanning for Bluetooth and wifi, I've taken away permissions from all apps, that allow it, so they can't mess with the Bluetooth itself, I don't have any timers set for apps to turn off or and batter saver stuff on or anything to make apps sleep or anything like that either, I've even turned the phone on in safe mode and it still happens. The only thing it could be is android 12 because the Bluetooth itself stays on indefinitely until I try and connect something to it so I know it still works. I've even factory reset my phone and still nothing. I don't have a computer and Verizon customer support says they can't help me.

I'm sorry to hear of all the trouble you're having with your Bluetooth connection and appreciate the steps you've taken to try to resolve this. Do you run into the same issue on airplane mode? If you try to set any device up as a new connection do you get the same error?

Yes I did and it didn't do anything. Android 12 update ruined everything and there's no way to update or fix the Bluetooth itself. I literally just got this phone and already it's ruined because of a stupid update that I can't even get rid of. I basically need a new phone if I want to use the Bluetooth at all
