Within the last week, my battery life has gone down to about 8 hours max, even with only moderate usage. Prior to this I was getting at least 24 hour battery life even with heavy usage. I have not downloaded any new apps, and all of my apps unless the essentials (operating system, etc) are set to "restrict background data" to keep them from running constantly. Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue or know why this would be happening?
How old is thephone/battery? Try letting the battery drain to about 5%, charge fully, and cycle it like that again. Does that improve the battery life?
